Community Impact Modeling System (CIMS)
Modeling measurable community outcomes through data and design.
The Community Impact Modeling System (CIMS) is ARIN’s core simulation environment for exploring social and economic outcomes across education, housing, employment, and health. CIMS enables students and researchers to test “what-if” scenarios, visualize trade-offs, and generate evidence to guide real-world pilots.
- Interactive system models with configurable assumptions and inputs.
- Visualization of impacts connecting social outcomes to behavioral and financial effects.
- Supports Student Volunteer Philanthropist (SVP) projects and course-embedded research.
- Built for classroom, lab, and applied community collaboration.
